I didn't get into teaching because I ran out of things to do. I got into it because every time I turned around, someone was selling a trucker a course on how to make six figures with bad information — and I knew exactly where the gaps were.

The freight industry has layers most people never see. There's what happens in the cab, what happens in dispatch, what happens in the back-office TMS, and what happens in the regulatory stack underneath all of it. I've worked every one of those layers — and I build software that touches all of them.

"If I don't understand every layer of the system, then I don't deserve to control real-world infrastructure that could cost a driver or company thousands a day."

That's the standard I hold myself to. It's the standard I'll hold my courses to. No filler. No theory from someone who's never hauled a load. Just the knowledge that actually matters on the road and in the business.
