Workspace Intelligence System

A persistent local-first intelligence layer that scans running services, tracks which project owns what port, process, or config, and produces a living inventory of a developer's workspace. Built on Rust daemons, a local SQLite store, and a dashboard UI — the goal is that 'what is running and why' is always answerable in seconds. No cloud dependency, no SaaS subscription, just runtime truth.
